The plan B of Bugs Bunny for snacks: Carrots Chips recipe

The other day my brother came to my house and brought with him a bag of carrots. I ask him what he is going to do with those carrots, and he told me he was going to do chip out of carrots. I was quite skeptical about him cooking that at the moment, but after he explains that my aunt from Los Angeles also cooks the same thing. I got to tell you guys the best snack or appetizer I have ever try.

This recipe is not even that hard to make it like with the other methods that I posted. In the case that you have children, instead of giving them an unhealthy snack, this is a good option for them too with the right spices that are.

Compared with potato chips definitely, I can tell you that they are more healthy. Comparing them according to the publication Healthline “orange carrots get their bright color from beta carotene, an antioxidant that your body converts into vitamin A.”

Ok here is what you are going to do:

  • Carrots (duh)
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika

How to:

  1. Start by peeling and cutting the carrots into slim slices, so they look like chips.
  2. Grab the carrots, put them in a bowl, add the spices to your liking, and mix them with butter or olive oil.
  3. Put all the carrots in a baking sheet and then in the oven preheated at 350°F (177°C).
